Even if we don’t know what tomorrow brings and today seems too much to bear, God knows it all. Nothing can happen to you that has not first passed through His loving hands. He understands the sorrow you feel in this moment, and He has ordained what comes next. Nobody can comfort you the way He can. Nobody can be trusted the way He can. Nobody can sustain you the way does. If your spirit has grown faint, go to Him. Tell Him what is upon your heart. Then, open up His Word and ask Him to speak to you.
